Ecodyne Heat Exchangers’ management system has been certified to ISO 9001

Ecodyne Heat Exchangers has a documented quality program that is in accordance with the ASME Code Section VIII, Division 1 Pressure Vessels, and the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors Inspection Code, and maintains a valid U and R Certificate.
Ecodyne Heat Exchangers also maintains a Chinese Safety Quality License for supplying pressure vessels to China.

The Manager of Quality Control develops specific Quality Plans for each order, and monitors their effective implementation throughout all phases of manufacturing to assure product quality and customer satisfaction. All inspection and test activities from raw material receipt to final inspection are identified in the Quality Plan. Documented inspection and test procedures are used to assure accurate and consistent examination results.

*Personnel that are certified in accordance with ASNT-TC-1A (Level II) perform nondestructive examinations.
