EXPERTISE Ecodyne Heat Exchangers application engineers rate and design all heat-exchanger equipment based on proprietary experimental test data. Outside engineering services are employed as required. HTRI design and check rating programs are used at customer's request. Project Managers are assigned to every air-cooled heat exchanger project. Project Managers verify all application engineering ratings prior to release for design engineering and assume responsibility for all project related engineering issues through completion of fabrication and shipment. Design engineering prepares all customer drawings and fabrication drawings utilizing the latest in automated computer-aided design (CAD) programs, including 3-D Solid Modeling and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) capabilities. We currently fabricate to ASME Section VIII, Div. 1, ANSI Specifications B31.1 and B31.3, API 661, AWS D1.1, and TEMA. Our authorized inspection agency for ASME code work is Hartford Steam Boiler Insurance & Inspection. In addition to ASME, Ecodyne Heat Exchangers regularly provides compliance with CRN (Canadian Pressure Vessel Registration), European Union Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), CE (Conformite Europeene) Marking, GOST (gosudarstvennyy standart) - Soviet Union’s national standardization strategy and AS1210 (Australian Standard for pressure vessels). Ecodyne Heat Exchangers is a member of Heat Transfer Research Incorporated (HTRI). Ecodyne Heat Exchangers maintains a Chinese Safety Quality License for equipment destined for China. |
